The ACCU1 9300 is the compact Entry Level model: 900 kg/h of cellulose, the same wireless remote control as the larger models and the lowest investment in the range. When the volume grows, you will be able to sell the 9300 back to us through the WitasPRO Inspected buy-back program and move up to a larger model.

The ACCU1 9700 blows 1,360 kg/h of cellulose – 50% more than the Entry Level model – with twin counter-rotating augers and two blowers. Load the hopper as fast as you like: the augers break the material up and feed it into the airlock without jamming, and they handle wood fibre as well.

The ACCU1 9800 blows up to 1,500 kg/h with the same twin-auger, two-blower system as the 9700, in a wider body with longer augers and a larger airlock. The ACCU1 9800 is the machine for crews that blow every day and for timber-frame workshops that fill wall elements themselves – and the model we used ourselves back when we ran our own insulation crew.

Cellulose – the most widely used eco-insulation across Europe and the UK: ACCU1 machines break up the compressed bales for fast open-loft blowing and dense-pack timber-frame installations. Wood fibre – dense-packing and dry injection in timber-frame elements, on the ACCU1 9700 and 9800. Glass wool and rock wool – heavy fibres opened up for open-loft blowing and dense-packing into partition walls and timber frames without clogging.

Yes – every ACCU1 model blows cellulose, glass wool and rock wool, and the ACCU1 9700 and 9800 also blow wood fibre.
Wood fibre is denser and needs more force to break up and more air to pack a cavity correctly, so it is a job for the ACCU1 9700 and 9800 – the two models with twin counter-rotating augers and two blowers.
ACCU1 machines have a unique belt drive from the motor, which delivers about 25% more torque and allows thicker airlock seals – seals that last up to four times longer. The airlock feeds a measured amount of material into the air stream, and its seals are the fastest-wearing part of any insulation blower, so thicker seals mean fewer replacements and fewer lost hours on site.
Each machine comes with the manufacturer's manual. The controls are the same on every ACCU1, so a crew that has used one model can operate the next one straight away.
ACCU1 insulation blowing machines start at €8,999 (Excl. VAT) for the Entry Level 9300 and go up to €12,999 (Excl. VAT) for the Best Seller 9800, with the 5-function wireless remote included in every price – from the factory it is sold separately. On the 9700 and 9800 the hopper extension is included as well. Your offer adds the accessories you choose and the delivery cost to your country.

Yes – every ACCU1 model works as a cavity wall insulation machine: the material is blown through holes drilled roughly every 80 cm and the holes are patched afterwards. Plan the time accordingly: the same amount of material takes four to five times longer in a cavity wall than in an open loft. Where old insulation has to come out first, an ACCU1 insulation removal vacuum clears the cavity before the new material goes in.
ACCU1 has built a four-blower machine in the 2,000 kg/h class, the 9800 PRO. We are following how it performs on real job sites before we take it into our range: we add a machine when it has proven itself in daily work, not when it is launched. For now the 9800 is the largest machine we deliver.
