It is built in the USA by ACCU1, an insulation machine manufacturer since 1980, and is CE compliant for Europe and the UK. Original ACCU1 parts ship from our European stock. This is the model we used ourselves back when we ran our own insulation crew.

Two blowers and the longer augers open up the dense bales and pack the fibre into timber-frame elements at certified density – on site or in the workshop. That makes the ACCU1 9800 the ACCU1 model best suited to wood fibre.

The hopper extension adds 56 cm of height, so you load more material at once, and the augers keep the feed even at any load – the crew works without stops.

The same twin-auger, two-blower system as the ACCU1 9700. The 9800 has a wider body, longer augers and a larger airlock (Ø35 cm instead of Ø30 cm), so it feeds more material and blows up to 1,500 kg/h instead of 1,360 kg/h.
Yes – two blowers give the air pressure to pack cellulose, wood fibre, glass wool and rock wool into closed walls and timber-frame elements at the required density. Open lofts are blown at the full 1,500 kg/h. Air speed is set from the wireless remote, from where you blow.
Yes – for workshops that fill their own wall and roof elements, the ACCU1 9800 is a timber frame insulation blower on transport wheels: it stays in the workshop or goes to the site in a van with a tail lift.
€12,999, with the 5-function wireless remote with air speed control and the hopper extension included. Delivery to your country usually takes about 2 weeks from our European stock. We recommend ordering the maintenance kit (€349) together with the machine.
Operating it takes a few hours, blowing well takes a few jobs. The controls are the same on every ACCU1: start, stop and air speed from the wireless remote, material quantity on the machine.
